the truth is ugly.

yes it is and i have to accept every bit and part of it. i just realised that i have failed a lot of thing but hey every cloud has its silver lining right? i'm trying to be optimistic now, not wanting to think very hard on that matter.

well, i have to say a big and huge, no i must say GARGANTUAN congratulations to my friends who have managed to secure scholarship. amirul, a friend from EC and pun mei yan from AMC currently sime darby scholars have started their A-level studies in taylor's. not forgetting, rose from KYSM who will be going for the 3rd stage assessment for khazanah and mnrb. good luck to u.

as for me, i didn't manage to secure any at this moment. i failed sime darby 1st assessment, i failed khazanah 2nd assessment and maybe i also failed the mnrb one but everyone asked me to be positive. "maybe dye tk inform lg, mybe dye tk reply lg". yeah. i will keep waiting.

anyway, from the brighter side, i won't have to get a haircut to make sure my hair is presentable for any interview, well at least for now. haha. i guess i have to begin waiting comfortably for my results! let bygones be bygones and i will start everything from scratch after i received the results, probably good ones!

p/s: i hate my first driving lesson! seriously.

assalamualaikum, fect!

it has been a while i didn't receive this kind of greetings. i went to Kuala Kangsar last Saturday, along with Shaf to settle a few things. Arriving at the bus station approximately around 11.00 am, the town was thronged with budak koleq of course as it is the day for the outing-Saturday! i met Akif an Afif of '12 in front of Roti Segar. Rahman '12 then joined us to KFC for having our lunch.

There, I met few of '11-Zharfan and Syimir and of course lots and lots of 0913s. they were like surrounding us and "Assalamualaikum, fect!" to be frank, i'm a bit longing for this greeting and it feels great la. haha. and of course, there are a few form-0nes '14 in the KFC and they were like very weird seeing their seniors calling me and Shaf as fect. the funny thing is that, when we are going back to koleq after the lunch, there are a few form-ones we met along the road greeting us, "Assalamualaikum, fect!". i was like OMG. i'm not ur prefect la. haha.

i went to prep school. wondering around and went into dorm e. i'm sorry Paang for breaking into ur cube(my cube previously). haha. i was in ihsan's cube (woots, ko da ade cube skrg, taya buat bnde2 plik! haha) after that. chit-chatting for a while and we were expressing our discontent for he not replying our messages nor our calls. haha. dye cakar aku weyh, berbekas tangan nih. shit! when i asked him to say sorry, he replied,"tkpela abg pidoi, kenangan. bukan slalu!" ngek ko!-for you, ihsan '11.

we stayed in Ezi Inn, i can say it's very comfortable and affordable. for rm80, u have a lcd tv in ur room, well-equipped toilet and a nice bed+free wifi. haha. the next day, we had our breakfast in Ms Bibi's house. after a long chat, we went to f2's classes. i noticed one person kept running and avoiding me. frankly, i dun give a damn pun. i entered 2c-amirul's class and the whole class was heshee-ing. OMG! please la. i managed to watch a part of the mock debate and meet the debaters btw.

later that day, we went to Prep School again meeting Ust. Khainuri and the prefects there. not to mention the dining hall makcik. rindu la kt dye. haha. we then made a visit again to New Hostel, meeting more 0913s. i still can see the same smile and everything in them, just a few la yg dah bertukar suara. haha. and to my dismay, i was a little bit shocked when the one yg try to avoid me in the class spoke to me and bla2. seriously, seronok kot. (: after bidding farewell to them, we went to the bus station.

we had our lunch there, at Saudiah and met Tc. Lin and yes we were gossiping like old times. haha. about this and that. later, we alighted the bus to Ipoh and from there we have to take a direct bus to B'tworth. The kakak at the counter told me "naik bas p ipoh pkul 3.30, sempat la 4.30 bas p btworth tu" and damn, we missed our bus. we were a bit panic as we doesn't have much money left and there were no ATM to be found there-the closest one about 5km from there.

i called balqis and fortunately her sister who is working in ipoh came and lend us rm50. haha. thank God. so, we bought our ticket and went back home. around 8pm, we arrived penang. i think that's all.

khazanah thingy and two days after that

it's good to be back again. i've got a lot to tell you and let's keep it simple. haha. journey going to KL, in the Penang International Airport, my scissors in my pencil case are confiscated by the customs officers. when going back, in the LCCT, my pencil case got to be screened for three times. and yes, i don't even remember that i have a pisau lipat inside my pencil case. so, kne rampas la. haha. bodoh betul. then , i was thinking how on earth that pisau lipat boleh lepas screening dkat Penang Airport? haha. weird.

i reached PNB Darby Park the next day at 6.58 am. so, i decided to have a breakfast in Mcdonalds Ampang Park. after filling up my stomach and leaving my luggage at the concierge, i went upstairs-Level 4, Function Room 1. there are about 32 candidates there waiting for the registration. i can say that the timing is a bit off as the session only started at 9 am. so, we had our briefing.

i was in the yellow group along with my other team mates-Jeremy(ASIS), Megat(SASER), Haslina(SSP), Dinie(ScJohor) and Nadia(KYSM). i love my team mates and we were like always backing up each other during the group interviews. haha. the first task is that we have to search for 5 critical items around Ampang Park LRT Station to ensure Benedict, a Miri boy coming for the interview can sleep at the station and prepare for the interview as he doesn't have much money. so, we have to run all the way from PNB Darby Park to the Ampang Park Station. it was really fun. haha.

the next one is the interview. i did very badly in this interview. being trapped by my own words. one of the question which i can't forget is "which part and which scene in the HP novel showing that HP is a hero and a reliable friend who is willing to sacrifice himself for the sake of their friend". i was like OMG. and yes, i just senyap and senyum2 to the two interviewers. the interview is around 40 mins. describing myself, my career and they were always bombarded me with questions that i can't really answer it. so, bye2 je la. just pray for the miracle kalo dpt this scholarship.

we have a lunch break after that in the 39 Restaurant, the food was heaven of course-a 5-star hotel food should be nice la. so after break, the next session star where we have the presentation and also one essay to be written. frankly, i don't really understand the question and i just simply wrote what i think is right. the third session is the nightmare of all. we were given one booklet containing all sorts of diagrams, passages, graphics and tables. 10 minutes are given to read all those and to absorb as much as possible. it is very tough i tell you as the diagrams were very complicated. after that, we were given a set of question to be answered. i was hoping it was an objective paper. and, nah i was wrong. it was all subjective where we have to rephrase the passage, drawing diagrams and many many more. i only managed to get 3 out 0f 11 questions right which is the lowest in my team. i was pretty disappointed actually.

the last session is the more-like apprentice where we have to be interviewed again and picked one of our team mates to be eliminated. it was a very tough decision and i can say that i have make the most stupid blunder in this session. so, after that at around 7, the assessment ended. it was kind of fun actually.

i slept in amer's hpuse that night and the following day, we went to KLCC. watching legion, which i found out very interesting but i don't like a few scenes-yg dye jahit diri sendiri-very menggelikan! haha. we had our luch in the Apartment and after that I went to KL Sentral heading to LCCT and went back home. i think that's all.

for the first time ever, i've got addicted to korean dramas. at this very moment, i really enjoyed learning new words in korean. thanks to someone. (: it all happened when someone suggested for me watching BOYS OVER FLOWERS and hell yeah, i'm totally addicted to this one.

three days, almost all day and night, i finished watching the entire series: 25 episodes, each with 1 hour and plus respectively. the syndrome of hooking up with korean soap operas is definitely on me right now. haha. the series was very great and incredibly awesome. i cried ok in the final episode, unintentionally, tears brimmed in my eyes.

well, on the brighter side, i've got to polish up my vocabulary skills. haha. i learned korean man and it's freakingly awesome. i'm currently watching MY GIRL but in a slower pace due to certain reasons. haha. (: so, bian everyone for my words if you don't understand. it's korean btw.
